Elite Dangerous: Fleet Carrier Update - Carrier Activity Banners

Fleet Carrier Activity banners, displayed in the header of the Carrier services UI, are user-designated pieces of artwork which show the owners activity intention with their carrier. The banners were created to inject some colour into the UI and add a small amount of user customisation.
